refund and return policy

At OurGroceryMart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • You received the wrong item
  • The item is unopened and in original condition (for non-perishable goods only)

🕒 Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

Perishable or consumable items (such as fruits, vegetables, dairy, or frozen goods) are not eligible for return unless damaged or incorrect.


2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@ourgrocerymart.com
  2. Provide:
    • Your order number
    • A photo of the item (if applicable)
    • Reason for the return

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement process.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return (if applicable), your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued

Note: Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


4. Replacements

If your item was damaged or incorrect, we will:

  • Offer a free replacement, OR
  • Provide a full refund

Depending on stock availability, we may issue store credit instead.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds on:

  • Perishable goods (unless damaged)
  • Opened or used items
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or final sale items
